[Completed] HelpDesk maintenance
Our Engineering department is currently working on fixing a helpdesk bug, which made impossible for any tickets submitted in last hour via email to display. Tickets submitted through BackStage are working properly, and please use BackStage to submit your tickets until this is fixed.
We will update this thread as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you.
