During the overnight hours of September 27th, 2006 Site5 will be swapping moiras' entire chassis. This consists of removing the hard drives from the existing chassis and placing them into a standby chassis. By replacing 95% of the parts in this server, we should hopefully eliminate the stability issues we've seen over the last few days.

Total downtime for this chassis swap is approx. 25 minutes.

This machine has fallen offline for the second time today. Rather than waiting for the maintenance tonight, I'm having the machine swapped into a new chassis right now.

ETA is approx. 25 minutes.

The data center technicians are still working on this machine. The swap is taking a little longer than expected but should be back online shortly.
