We can see that the servers at our Sydney location are not responding properly to network requests. We are actively checking this issue.

The datacenter techs have found out that a massive outbound network flood is going on from one of the servers at Sydney location which is overloading the network access point at the datacenter end. They are actively working on to mitigate this issue.

The Sydney servers are back online at the moment. We have identified a few malicious accounts causing the outbound DOS attack from this server which has caused this issue. We are closing this thread and will keep an eye on the servers.
